Image Licensing

If you would like to use any of the copyrighted images on this WEB site, licensing fees will vary based on your specific needs. To provide you with a fair quote, the easiest way to start is with this short questionnaire.

Questionnaire

  1. What is the name of the image(s) you would like to license?
  2. What will you be using the image(s) for - Where it will be used (e.g., website, print, social media)?
  3. If using for your website, would the image(s) be placed on the homepage, or a secondary page?
  4. If using for your website, or printed publication would the image(s) be full page, half page, one third page, quarter page, etc.?
  5. Is the image(s) for web use only, or will it be printed and distributed on any materials?
  6. If it is for printed publications, please provide the geography: Where the image will be distributed.
  7. Exclusivity: Whether you want to have the sole right to use the image, and for what period.
  8. Would you like to use the image(s) in perpetuity (no fixed end date), or a fixed period (one, two, three years, etc.)?

Delivery & Usage Terms

File Delivery

Unless other file format specs are requested at time of ordering, all images are delivered as high resolution 300ppi JPEG files with sRGB color profile. Since clients often have unique needs regarding file specs, labeling or other content modifications, we don\'t offer file downloading directly from our site.

Modifications

Other than resizing or reformatting (ie- file format, resolution, color profile, etc.), image content cannot be altered in any way by licensee without express permission from Malak Photographs Ltd.

Copyright & Transfer

Images cannot be relicensed, sold, or transferred in any manner except by Malak Photographs Ltd., which retains full copyright of all content on this site.

Credit Line

Copyright credit must remain on the image, and we request that this credit line also be added outside the image area:
